All Bills are based on a monthly billing cycle: 1 - 15 days - no consumption will receive "No bill" 1 - 15 days - 0 to 3 consumption will receive a "Minimum bill" or if consumption 4 and higher a bill based on consumption used. 16 - 30 days - will receive either a minimum bill or bill based on consumption.
